I have something specific in mind, can I place a custom order?
Yes! I happily accept custom orders, and would love to help you create a special piece, either as a one-of-a-kind creation or as matching sets for bridal parties. Colors and jewelry findings (clasps, earring hooks, etc.) can be substituted for any of the styles on this site. I can also help you create a new piece using beads you may have from old or broken jewelry. What payment methods are accepted?
Bead Who You Are accepts cash and checks in person, and all major credit and debit cards are acepted online using PayPal.

How does shipping work?
Shipping is offered at the flat rates listed below, and your purchase should arrive within two weeks of your online order. If you live in the Charleston area, please contact Meg directly to see if your delivery can be made in person to avoid any shipping costs.

What is your return policy?
All orders can be returned, unused and in original packaging, for up to 30 days to receive a full refund. Shipping costs cannot be refunded. If, during shipping or regular wear, a piece is damaged or breaks, return the piece at any time for free repair service or a new piece.

How do I keep my jewelry looking new?
A little work goes a long way. Sterling silver can tarnish over time, but buffing with a soft cotton cloth or keeping jewelry enclosed in a cloth or sealed plastic bag will keep your pieces looking shiny.
